Job summary

SD Guthrie International is seeking a Change Management lead to drive CM activities for IT projects, coordinating with external implementation partners, SDG stakeholders and the shared services vendor to ensure smooth adoption.

You will design and manage CM plans, perform impact analyses, lead communications and training, manage risk, and ensure readiness and timely delivery in line with project milestones.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/ Finance / Accounting / Economics / Business Administration, or similar quantitative disciplines.
• Tertiary education and/or Masters degree with experience in the related business/field.
• Experience in the Plantation Industry and Data Analytics/Business Analytics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute the delivery of Change Management activities for IT projects with external implementation partners and SDG stakeholders.
• Ensure project CM KPI are met.
• Support SAP system planning, testing, deployment, implementation, and change management.
• Design and manage the change management plan including deliverables and change readiness.
• Conduct change impact analyses and assess user adoption and readiness.
• Ensure alignment of changes with business processes and stakeholder perspectives.
• Support communications, training delivery and engagement activities for end-users.
• Manage risk and issues, escalating as needed to protect timelines and costs.
• Ensure smooth transitions between project phases and adherence to SDG policies.
