Job summary

PAUL Bakery Malaysia is seeking a Senior Sales Executive – Catering & Events to grow catering and event sales by identifying prospects, converting enquiries into confirmed business, and building repeat client relationships.

You will manage the full sales process from initial contact through proposal, confirmation, event coordination and payment support, collaborating with MARCOM, Operations, Kitchen, Pastry, Production, Purchasing and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or diploma in a related field is required.
• At least three years of catering sales or events experience is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Identify catering, corporate, private function and event opportunities.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, social media, and website.
• Prepare catering packages, quotations, proposals, menus and event orders.
• Coordinate event briefs, menus, production timelines, and logistics with teams.
• Attend and support major catering assignments, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Provide regular updates on leads, quotations, orders, revenue, and payments.
