Nexpipo in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Sales / Business Development Executive with experience in influencer (KOL) marketing to join our growing team. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with brands and agencies, and present compelling KOL strategies to clients.

The role focuses on selling influencer campaigns, coordinating with the influencer management team, preparing proposals and quotes, and helping campaigns achieve strong results while meeting targets.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience selling influencer marketing or KOL campaigns.
• Experience with brands, agencies, or influencer platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong network within marketing teams or agencies is an advantage.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven with proven closing ability.
• Ability to understand campaign objectives and recommend effective influencer strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for influencer marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with brands, marketing teams, and advertising agencies.
• Pitch and present KOL marketing strategies and campaign concepts to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the influencer management team to recommend suitable KOLs for client campaigns.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and influencer campaign strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients.
