Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in business development or technical sales within manufacturing is preferred.
• Proven ability to identify and secure new opportunities with OEMs and manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for precision machining and fabricated parts.
• Engage OEMs and Tier suppliers to win projects and grow revenue.
• Coordinate with engineering and production to understand drawings and requirements.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and proposals for manufacturing projects.
• Monitor sales pipeline and contribute to forecasts and reports.
