Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business IT, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 1-2 years working experience in life insurance operations and business analysis preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Discuss scope with business managers and document requirements.
• Refine needs into a single vision; propose process-improving ideas.
• Prepare user requirements, QA controls and UAT plans.
• Execute test scripts and record results against expectations.
• Provide UAT clearance and training materials.
• Support post-implementation verification and issue resolution.
