Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural/building facilities engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in building/civil/water/utilities/infrastructure maintenance.
• Knowledge of Malaysian codes (UBBL, MS Standards) and local authority rules.

Responsibilities

• Direct care of building structures, roofing, drainage, and site infrastructure.
• Coordinate water systems, plumbing, sanitary, and drainage works.
• Plan inspections, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and reliability actions.
• Lead projects from scope to handover with cost estimates and schedules.
• Review drawings, risk assessments, and quality documentation.
• Manage contractors, vendors, safety compliance, and coordination.
• Prepare budgets, asset lifecycle plans, and senior management updates.
