Talent Trader Group seeks a hands-on engineer to design, implement, and commission BMS and DDC solutions for HVAC/ACMV systems in Malaysia. You will configure systems for chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, pumps, and exhausts, and develop robust control strategies for energy savings and occupant comfort.
You will tune PID loops, integrate PLCs/SCADA/BMS with BACnet and Modbus, and diagnose complex issues across controls and instrumentation.
Hand-on for design, implement, and commission Building Management Systems (BMS) and Direct Digital Control (DDC) solutions for HVAC and ACMV applications.
Configure and optimize systems supporting chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, pumps, exhaust systems, and related equipment.
Deliver automation solutions for facilities such as manufacturing plants, cleanrooms, commercial buildings, and smart offices.
Develop, test, and enhance control strategies and operational sequences for HVAC systems.
Fine-tune system performance to achieve maximum energy savings while maintaining operational reliability and occupant comfort.
Perform PID tuning and optimize control loops for stable and efficient operation.
Integrate PLCs, SCADA platforms, BMS controllers, and third-party devices using industry-standard communication protocols such as BACnet and Modbus.
Ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability among various building systems.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues in controls, instrumentation, networking, and mechanical systems.
Investigate and rectify faults ranging from field wiring problems to unstable control loops and communication failures.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience in BMS, DDC, PLC, or SCADA systems related to HVAC/ACMV applications.
Proven track record in commissioning, controls programming, and system troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of HVAC and ACMV systems, including chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and air‑handling equipment.
Hands‑on experience with I/O systems, control architectures, PID loop tuning, and psychrometric principles.
