Job summary

International Facility Engineering – Kulim, Kedah is seeking a Senior BIM Engineer to produce BIM drawings and M&E shop drawings in line with project requirements. You will coordinate with professional staff to review models, implement comments, and update drawing lists to support submission.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree with at least 8 years in construction, is proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, can read architectural, structural, and M&E drawings, and is able to travel or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction industry.
• Competent in reading/understanding construction drawings (architectural, structural, electrical & mechanical).
• Proficient in AutoCAD / BIM / Revit software.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to travel or relocate based on project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Produce BIM Drawings/Drafting documents for one or more services.
• Produce M&E Shop-Drawings according to requirements.
• Coordinating with professional staff on reviewing models and comments.
• Make the necessary changes in drawing as per comments by team members.
• Checking of M&E Drawings.
• Knowledge of Combined Services Drawings.
• Update Shop-Drawing list supporting project team on submission.
• Able to prepare BOM base on BIM.
• Liaise with Project Manager and Engineers on drawing submission and approval.
• Others as assigned.
