Jora Malaysia is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate / Assistant Manager, Business Intelligence to join the Data Analytics & Business Insights team supporting the Singapore market. The role translates business requirements into BI solutions, including dashboards, reports and analytical tools to enable data-driven decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
3–6 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Visualization or a related field.
Strong hands‑on experience in Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, data modelling, DAX and Power Query.
Strong SQL skills with experience working with relational databases and multiple data sources.
Good understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modelling and data integration concepts.
Experience in data cleansing, transformation, validation and reconciliation.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Good understanding of business KPIs and performance measurement.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
Good communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Python or other analytics/automation technologies would be an advantage.
Willing and able to travel twice per quarter as when required

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision making across functions such as Marketing, Operations, Training, Human Capital, Supply Chain, Development and Risk.
Develop analytical solutions that provide meaningful insights into business performance, trends, opportunities and areas requiring attention.
Translate business requirements and analytical needs into effective dashboard layouts, data models, measures and visualizations.
Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, scalable, accurate and aligned with business objectives.
Continuously enhance existing reports based on business feedback, changing requirements and new analytical opportunities.
