Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a BI Developer to support analytics and reporting initiatives. You will translate business needs into dashboards using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL, building data models and semantic layers for reliable insights.

You will work with stakeholders, data engineers and tech teams to deliver end‑to‑end BI solutions, including data validation, UX prototyping and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands‑on BI development, analytics or related roles.
• Strong Power BI skills: DAX, Power Query and performance optimization.
• Hands‑on Microsoft Fabric experience including Lakehouses and Notebooks.

Responsibilities

• Gather data requirements with stakeholders and document them clearly.
• Create wireframes/prototypes for dashboards using Figma or Canvas.
• Transform data into KPIs and actionable data stories for decisions.
• Ensure dashboards are user‑friendly and aligned with business needs.
• Integrate Power BI with Fabric and Azure services for secure delivery.
• Collaborate with data engineering to build automated data pipelines.
