Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a highly motivated Senior BI Analyst to join our Global BI team in the APAC region. You will lead BI projects end-to-end, translate business needs into technical specs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable BI solutions.

The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, data governance, and continuous process improvement, with responsibilities spanning analytics, UAT, training, and governance across reporting platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and similar platforms.
• 2+ years of experience in financial and commercial reporting basics.

Responsibilities

• Manage BI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and operational efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all reporting platforms.
• Engage with APAC stakeholders to understand business needs, gather detailed requirements, document use cases, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams and development partners.
• Participate in testing phases, validate solutions against requirements, and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and effective utilization of BI tools and solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient BI solutions that meet evolving business needs.
• Continuously review and optimize business processes to drive efficiency and align with continuous improvement initiatives.
