Job summary

DKSH is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Data, AI & Analytics to bridge business needs with technology delivery across the APAC region. You’ll translate data, analytics and Gen AI requirements into scalable solutions, ensuring measurable business value.

You will drive end-to-end analysis, define scope, lead cross-functional workshops and craft high-quality documentation to enable successful delivery of data and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in business analysis and data product delivery.
• Experience delivering data platforms, BI and analytics solutions.
• Hands-on with Azure cloud services, Power BI and Gen AI initiatives.
• Proven ability to elicit requirements and manage stakeholders.
• Strong documentation, UAT and release planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business analysis across data, analytics, and Gen AI initiatives.
• Define scope, objectives and map current-state processes for delivery.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders, product owners, data engineers and vendors.
• Produce high-quality BRDs, functional specs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define data sources, integration and semantic models for Azure data platforms.
• Shape Power BI dashboards, KPI frameworks and self-service analytics.
