Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Synopsis Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced technical analyst/solutions architect to translate business requirements into robust banking tech solutions. You will design complex integrations across cash management, trade finance, and supply chain finance platforms, and collaborate with architects to define feasible, scalable implementations.

Responsibilities include maintaining architecture docs, deploying and monitoring applications, and troubleshooting across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Experience in application solutioning, technical analysis, and system design within banking/financial services.
• Experience with Cash Management, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Payments, and/or Core Banking platforms.
• Strong experience with complex integration involving multiple payment systems and core banking platforms.
• Hands-on Java development in enterprise environments.
• Experience with middleware such as WebLogic, WebSphere, or Tomcat.
• Strong database knowledge across Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and/or MongoDB with SQL and performance troubleshooting.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, API Gateway, and enterprise integration technologies.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging platforms like ELK, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Rally, Postman, Maven or Gradle.
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business and user requirements and translate into technical solutions across Cash Management, Trade Finance, and SCM Finance platforms.
• Assess feasibility, system impact, and dependencies for new requirements with solution architects and business teams.
• Prepare and maintain SAD and TSD aligned with requirements.
• Design and support complex integrations across payment systems and core banking platforms.
• Manage application deployment and infrastructure activities with IT operations teams.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across apps, networks, integrations, databases, and logs.
• Review DB performance and data access; propose speed/reliability improvements.
• Support post-production operations ensuring availability and timely incidents resolution.
• Identify opportunities for platform enhancements to optimise processes and performance.
• Communicate solutions, issues, and recommendations to IT managers and stakeholders.
