Agensi Pekerjaan BGC Group (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is recruiting for aSenior Insurance Sales Specialist to drive bancassurance sales for Premier and affluent banking customers. You will partner with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities and close insurance deals.

The role requires 7+ years in financial services, PCE/CEILI/TBE licences, and a proven track record of hitting sales targets in a banking environment. SPM with 5 credits is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant financial services experience in bancassurance or life insurance sales.
• Must possess PCE, CEILI and TBE licences.
• Proven track record of achieving insurance sales and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive life insurance and bancassurance sales within Premier and affluent customer segments.
• Work closely with Relationship Managers to identify sales opportunities.
• Conduct joint customer meetings to provide insurance advice and close sales.
• Review customers' existing insurance coverage and recommend suitable protection and financial planning solutions.
• Achieve assigned insurance sales, revenue and conversion targets.
• Coach and guide Relationship Managers on insurance products and sales techniques.
• Conduct insurance product presentations and customer engagements.
