Job summary

RHB Banking Group seeks a Premier Insurance Advisor to drive bancassurance initiatives across the Premier Banking and Mass segments in Malaysia. The role focuses on increasing Banca penetration, participation rate, and AFYP across regions and centers through coaching, client events, and joint sales.

Responsibilities include training RMs and PRDs, understanding Bancassurance products, and leading regional sales campaigns while ensuring persistency above threshold.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree with at least 3 years in bancassurance in banking or insurance.
• At least 3 years in sales in Premier Banking or Mass segment.
• Good spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented with strong service skills.

Responsibilities

• Increase RM channel participation rate and engagement.
• Grow average case size to industry best practices.
• Increase Banca penetration in Premier Banking segment.
• Drive Banca sales productivity via joint sales, coaching and client events.
• Lead and champion Banca initiatives and campaigns.
• Coach RMs and PRDs to maintain persistency above threshold.
• Guide Regional Sales Heads in goal setting and events.
