Standard Chartered seeks a Senior Engineering Chapter Lead to shape and uplift engineering standards across the bank’s software platform. You will act as technical leader, contribute code, and align domain practices with strategic objectives, balancing hands-on development with leadership.

You will guide capability building, oversee backend and frontend quality, mentor developers, collaborate with product managers and other tech leads, and drive resilient technology stacks and scalable payment

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years in software development with 6+ years backend with Java/Spring.
• Hands-on RESTful API development; OAuth2, JWT, security.

Responsabilidades

• Set and uphold coding standards across front-end and back-end.
• Act as technical leader and contribute code, guiding best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers and other tech leads to meet requirements and strategy.
• Lead in selecting resilient tech stacks and scalable payment platform patterns.
• Drive system changes and ensure timely, quality delivery.
