Job summary

GXS is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design and optimize backend services using Go within a microservice architecture. You will contribute to scalable systems running on AWS and participate in performance tuning, code reviews, and feature development across multiple service clusters.

You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to define specifications and ensure robust, maintainable solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Proficient in backend development with focus on Go and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, design patterns, and clean code.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to distributed systems, scalability, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities
