Job summary

Sonata Software is seeking an experienced PCS Azure Engineer to provide expert technical support and customer advocacy for Microsoft Azure customers. You will handle escalations and collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

You will work with Product Groups and Engineering teams, apply Azure telemetry and AI-enabled tools to diagnose issues, and drive knowledge sharing, automation, and operational improvements for large-scale deployments.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT experience with Azure focus.
3+ years of Japanese language support required.
Strong English and Japanese communication.
Experience with Azure Portal, Azure PowerShell and Azure CLI.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting across Azure workloads.
Own and drive complex customer escalations and critical incidents.
Act as the Voice of the Customer, working with Product Groups and Engineering teams.
Engage with enterprise customers, including CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors and Enterprise Architects.
Support Microsoft Q&A and community-led technical solutions.
Use Azure telemetry, analytics, diagnostics and AI-enabled tools to identify and resolve issues.
Drive knowledge sharing, documentation, automation and operational improvements.
