Job summary

Ørsted A/S is building cloud platforms to standardize AWS services as self-service building blocks. You will work on secure, scalable platform capabilities and collaborate across teams to enable automated onboarding and migrations.

A strong focus on governance, guardrails, and observability will be essential in this role. The role emphasizes Infrastructure as Code, containerized workloads, and reusable patterns within a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on AWS with multi-account architecture and security controls.
• Experience with IaC using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Proficient in CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
• Experience running containerized workloads on Docker and EKS.
• Familiar with observability using CloudWatch.
• Understanding platform engineering principles and reusable patterns.

Responsibilities

• Support development of standardized AWS services with guardrails.
• Design and standardize AWS services for scalable, reusable platform capabilities.
• Enable self-service via automation through the internal developer platform.
• Collaborate with product owners and architects to onboard and migrate products.
• Incorporate security and governance as design inputs.
