Qualifications

• A Degree holder with 6-8 years of sales experience preferably within financial services industry or from a professional services firm.
• Passion for sales and networking with corporate professionals
• Excellent communication skills including articulation, grammar and persuasion
• Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations and multiple projects
• Strong business acumen and project management with analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales goals by maintaining and gaining large, high-yield accounts through referrals, strategized cold calls, RFP follow-ups and market exposure.
• Maintains awareness of market occurrences including developments, trends, competitors' positioning and contracts to identify opportunities.
• Drafts comprehensive due diligence reports and presentations in response to RFPs or to assist senior colleagues.
• Constructs targeted standard marketing plans for business offerings directed at small, straightforward accounts and complex marketing plans for seniors.
• Belongs to professional organizations and attends conferences to expand and maintain a large network and represent the company.
• Collects insights on relationship satisfaction and reports results to senior colleagues with context and suggestions
