Job summary

Aonic Malaysia seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to own end‑to‑end technical solutioning for robotics deployments across drone docks, quadruped and humanoid systems, and RaaS offerings. You will translate client requirements into deployable architectures, lead technical discovery, and support proposals with detailed technical write‑ups.

Design integration strategies with client IT environments, participate in product demonstrations, and collaborate with engineering to keep collateral current.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, IT or related field.
• 3–5 years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, technical sales, or systems integration.
• Working knowledge of IT and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi/cellular, VPN, cloud basics, API integration).
• Understanding of cloud vs on‑premise deployment and software architecture concepts.
• Hands‑on aptitude with robotics and drone systems; able to demonstrate to clients.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end technical solutioning for robotics deployments across multiple platforms.
• Lead technical discovery, site assessments, solution design, and POC scoping.
• Serve as the technical reference for the sales team and provide accurate advice.
• Design how the platform integrates with client IT environments and APIs.
• Prepare demonstrations, collateral, and case studies; assist tender responses.
• Collaborate with engineering and software teams to stay current on capabilities.
