Job summary

IMA Group, a global leader in automation, seeks a Senior Fine Tuner Engineer in Malaysia to lead the assembly, installation, commissioning and fine-tuning of automated machines and production lines for medical devices and other industrial applications.

You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, controls and software teams to resolve technical issues, optimise performance, support customer acceptance, and provide on-site training; international travel will be required to sites and projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Eng., Mechatronics, Electrical Eng., Automation or related.
• Experience in machine assembly, commissioning, fine-tuning or automation equipment.
• Hands-on experience with automated machines and production lines.
• Good English communication and ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support machine assembly, setup, installation and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot and optimise machine performance to meet specs.
• Provide technical guidance and training to engineers and technicians.
• Support FAT, SAT and customer acceptance activities.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, controls, software teams.
