Job summary

Billennium is seeking a Senior Automation Tester to own the test automation strategy across software products in a dynamic, international environment. You will lead a team of automation and manual QA engineers, defining the roadmap, standards, and delivery timelines while mentoring team members.

The role requires hands-on expertise in automation, Selenium, Java, and CI/CD, with a strong track record of building scalable testing practices and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software testing with 3+ years leading automation.
• Deep proficiency in test automation tools and Selenium frameworks.
• Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., Java).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization (Docker).
• Proven ability to mentor engineers, review code, and set technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of automation and manual QA engineers, setting clear goals and reviews.
• Define test strategies, environments, coverage, test cases, and data.
• Design, build, and evolve scalable automation frameworks using Selenium.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and manage test environments.
• Oversee test execution, defects, and reporting across the team.
• Guide developers in analyzing and resolving issues and ensure documentation.
