Job summary

Ruhlamat Group in Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager for automation projects. You will coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to keep schedules and costs in check.

You will be the main contact for customers and the HQ, identify risks, support testing, installation, and commissioning, and prepare regular project reports and updates.

This role requires communication in English and Mandarin, strong teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical/Mechatronic or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automation or customized equipment design.
• Able to communicate in English / Mandarin for technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Software teams.
• Monitor project timeline, cost, and progress.
• Act as main contact for customers and HQ team.
• Identify risks and resolve project issues.
• Support machine testing, installation, and commissioning.
• Prepare project reports and updates.
