Qualifications

• 4–6 years of audit experience, preferably in accounting or audit firms.
• Strong knowledge of MFRS/MPERS and auditing standards.
• Proven experience supervising or mentoring junior staff.

• Lead & resolve audit findings of working papers and financial statements.
• Ensure audit work complies with professional standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach junior staff during engagements.
• Communicate professionally with clients on audit findings.
