Job summary

Asia Infrastructure Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Financial Analyst to join our team and support the Hong Kong entity by performing daily accounting tasks remotely. You will work closely with Hong Kong Finance on daily activities, manage timesheets, assist in project setup, budgeting and invoicing, and help prepare monthly depreciation and intercompany invoices.

The role requires a bachelor in accounting/finance, 1–2 years of experience, and strong Excel and communication skills;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting (debits/credits, general ledger, and accruals).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Teams and Outlook.
• English and Chinese (Cantonese advantageous).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Hong Kong Finance for daily finance activities.
• Manage timesheets transactions and prepare utilization reports.
• Support project accountants to set up new project and variation orders, forecasting and budgeting.
• Assist in preparing invoices to clients based on project milestones according with contract terms.
• Assist in staff expenses claim and third-party payments processing.
• Assist in preparing non-trade intercompany invoices
• Maintain fixed assets register and perform monthly posting of depreciation
• Manage full set of accounts and assist audit preparations for JVs
• Support the implementation of financial systems and processes.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, policies and procedures
