Develop visual identities: Create logos, typography systems, colour palettes, graphic elements and practical brand guidelines.
Produce brand applications: Design menus, printed collateral and digital assets that communicate a consistent identity across different formats.
Create and refine imagery: Use image research, compositing, retouching and AI tools to develop visuals suited to each concept, audience and setting.
Apply AI with creative control: Explore directions, iterate purposefully, assess results and refine selected outputs into polished work.
Collaborate and respond to feedback: Explain design decisions, participate in project discussions and develop work through internal and client reviews.
Manage delivery: Plan your workload, meet agreed deadlines, communicate progress and prepare accurate, organised, editable files for handover.
3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, branding or a related creative role.
A strong portfolio demonstrating typography, composition, colour, visual hierarchy and image-making skills.
Deep working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, including artwork preparation for print and digital use.
Experience designing social media content, including static posts, carousels and campaign assets.
Demonstrable experience using AI tools within a creative workflow, with the ability to maintain visual consistency, identify errors and refine results into finished work.
Experience taking projects from brief through development, feedback and final production.
The ability to adapt your visual approach to different brands and explain the reasoning behind your work.
Strong attention to detail, realistic time management and reliable follow-through.
Clear communication and the confidence to ask useful questions, contribute ideas and work independently.
We’re open to the software and tools you use to achieve the best result, provided the final work meets project requirements and can be shared and edited by the team. Strong Adobe expertise remains essential.
A qualification in graphic design, visual communication or a related discipline is welcome; equivalent professional experience and a strong portfolio are equally valued. Candidates with fewer years of experience, including recent graduates, may be considered if their portfolio and practical assessment demonstrate exceptional ability and readiness for the role.
