Job summary

Creador is seeking a Senior Associate in Kuala Lumpur to lead the BPIA compliance and governance program across the investment lifecycle, from pre-investment diligence to post-investment governance strengthening for portfolio companies. The role reports to the Head of BPIA & Compliance and collaborates with portfolio management and external consultants.

You will own AML/CFT, sanctions, ABAC, and LP compliance, while overseeing outsourced Integrity Due Diligence and IT governance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AML/CFT, sanctions screening, and ABAC frameworks.
• Experience reviewing IDD reports and identifying financial crime risks.
• Familiarity with PEP, UBO, and adverse media screening.
• Ability to prepare structured reports and escalation summaries.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end policy lifecycle for AML/CFT, ABAC, PDPA, and related policies.
• Manage MCO system operations and pre-clearance workflow.
• Conduct periodic compliance audits and remediation tracking.
• Prepare LP compliance documentation responses.
• Monitor regulatory developments across SEA regions and update policies accordingly.
