Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking a Senior Associate in our Workforce Management practice to help clients deliver AI-enabled workforce and HR transformations. You will mentor junior members, manage workstreams end-to-end, and apply analytics, AI, and digital tools to improve people strategies, governance, and service delivery across local, regional, and global client projects.

Responsibilities include building data sets, driving HR analytics, supporting business development, and ensuring risk management.

Qualifications

Degree in any discipline; HR management degree is a plus.
2–3 years in workforce management or related consulting roles.
Experience using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and client deliverables.

Responsibilities

Proactively assist in the management of several clients, reporting to Managers and above.
Support effective working relationships directly with clients.
Contribute to delivering technology-enabled workforce and HR transformation solutions.
Apply digital tools, analytics, and AI capabilities in the delivery of client work.
Ability to operationalize AI tools in day-to-day work, including designing structured prompts and validating outputs.
Contribute to the development of your own technical acumen.
Be actively involved in business development activities to identify opportunities.
Develop proposals as part of team pursuit of advisory engagements.
Ensure deliverables adhere to PwC policies and risk management requirements.
Stay abreast of industry trends in workforce management and AI.
