Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a senior leader in Supplier Quality Engineering to act as the technical SME for Assembly & Test supplier quality. You will define and lead high-impact supplier quality improvements, drive advanced quality technologies, and establish governance across a global supplier base.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, driving risk mitigation, and mentoring engineers to elevate quality performance while ensuring compliance with strategic standards and MSA/PPAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline.
• 8+ years semiconductor industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, QA, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical SME for Assembly & Test supplier quality.
• Lead large, technical supplier quality improvement projects with significant business impact.
• Drive new quality technologies, monitoring systems, and supplier quality initiatives.
• Establish and deploy supplier quality standards, governance, and best practices across suppliers.
• Mentor engineers and SQEs to build organizational capability.
