Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to own supplier quality across assembly and test. You will act as the technical SME, drive major improvement programs, and align quality standards with engineering and operations across the supplier base.

You will implement advanced process controls, risk-based monitoring, and data-driven decision making to ensure quality and reliability in a global supplier network. International collaboration and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Materials Science, or related field with 8 years semiconductor industry experience.
• Strong technical expertise across PMICs, RCDs, Data Buffers, Hubs, Temperature Sensors, ASICs, and controller devices.
• Experience with wafer fabrication, yield improvement, process controls, and reliability engineering.
• Proven ability to lead complex investigations using statistical analysis and root-cause methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical SME for Assembly & Test supplier quality.
• Lead large, technically demanding supplier quality improvement projects.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools for supplier quality monitoring and risk assessment.
• Establish and deploy supplier quality standards, governance, and best practices.
• Provide strategic recommendations to engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams.
