C N H Construction (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (Architectural) in Bukit Jelutong, Selangor. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and top quality across architectural construction projects.

You will lead site coordination, supervise personnel, and enforce safety standards, with a focus on client satisfaction and project reliability.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of site supervision experience in architectural/building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and architectural specs in Malaysia.
• Proven experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on site per drawings and timelines.
• Manage site personnel including labourers, tradespeople, and subcontractors.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Inspect completed work for quality and deviations from specs.
• Maintain daily logs, progress reports, material documentation, and equipment records.
• Communicate with project management, architects, and clients about progress and modifications.
• Plan and coordinate site logistics, resources, and waste management.
• Address site issues and implement corrective actions to maintain momentum.
• Conduct inductions for new site personnel and provide on-site training.
