Qualifications

Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum 5 years in architectural practice.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Familiar with UBBL and local authority submission procedures.
Ability to produce architectural detail drawings with minimal supervision.
Healthcare project experience considered an advantage.
Knowledge of 3D modelling/rendering software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and prepare architectural drawings using AutoCAD for schematic design to construction documentation.
Interpret team instructions and translate concepts into accurate drawings.
Prepare architectural detail drawings with minimal supervision.
Liaise with local authorities and coordinate submissions with councils.
Ensure drawings comply with building regulations including UBBL.
Coordinate with project team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Revise drawings based on design changes and authority feedback.
