CAD Hospitality Planners Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Junior Drafter to assist consultants and designers in preparing technical drawings for hospitality projects, including hotels and restaurants.

You will produce accurate construction drawings and maintain organized project documentation. The role offers comprehensive on-the-job training in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM workflows, and construction detailing, with hands-on experience on local and international hospitality projects.

Qualifications

• 2 years of drafting experience or equivalent in hospitality/design projects.

As a Junior Drafter, you will assist our consultants and designers in preparing technical drawings for hospitality projects, including hotels, restaurants, resorts, central kitchens, and healthcare facilities. You will play an important role in producing accurate construction drawings and ensuring project documentation is well organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
• Assist in developing Revit/BIM models for project documentation.
• Produce layout plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
• Update drawings based on client, consultant, and project requirements.
• Maintain drawing registers and ensure proper document control.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors when required.
• Conduct site measurements and assist with site inspections.
• Ensure drawings comply with company standards and project specifications.
• Support the project team with general drafting and administrative tasks as assigned.
