AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to support the Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) project in a lead architectural role. You will coordinate across multidisciplinary teams, manage interfaces, and deliver high-quality design solutions with clients, consultants, and contractors.

The role requires 8+ years of architectural experience, strong Revit skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience, preferably in large-scale infrastructure, industrial, or Design & Build projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit for architectural design, BIM modelling, and coordination.
• Proven experience producing architectural designs and technical documentation, not limited to coordination activities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver architectural designs, BIM models, drawings, and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead architectural coordination with structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, process, and other specialist disciplines.
• Review and optimize designs to ensure functionality, constructability, maintainability, and compliance with project requirements.
• Identify and resolve design interfaces, spatial clashes, and coordination issues within a multidisciplinary BIM environment.
• Act as the key architectural point of contact, liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities on design matters, technical submissions, and project requirements.
• Attend design review meetings, technical workshops, and coordination sessions, providing architectural input and solutions.
• Support BIM coordination activities, including model reviews, clash detection, and coordinated drawing production.
• Independently manage project deliverables, schedules, and quality expectations.
