Job summary

ATS Global seeks an experienced BIM Engineer/Coordinator to guide the full project lifecycle—from requirements and BIM design specs to execution, FAT, site installation and handover—for data center facilities.

Lead clash-free modeling (Revit MEP, Navisworks), coordinate multi-discipline systems, and ensure BEP compliance and 4D/5D integration per Tier III/IV standards, working with design teams, site teams, and clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years BIM modelling and coordination experience.
• Data center or mission-critical project exposure a must.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 and BIM standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain 3D BIM models (Revit MEP, Navisworks) for data center systems.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary models (LV/MV, UPS, generators, cooling, containment).
• Lead clash detection workshops and resolve issues with consultants and vendors.
• Enforce BIM Execution Plan (BEP), data drops, and workflows per ISO 19650.
• Create installation drawings, shop drawings, and as-built models from BIM outputs.
• Support design engineers to reflect design intent and technical accuracy in BIM.
