QL AGROVENTURES SDN BHD is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist to manage customer ledgers, process invoices, and perform reconciliations. You will monitor balances, follow up on overdue payments, and liaise with customers to resolve billing issues.

The role supports month-end close, audits, and maintains AR documentation, requiring 2–4 years in AR, a diploma/degree in accounting, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable / Credit Control preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer outstanding balances and ageing.
• Prepare invoices, statements, and debit/credit notes.
• Follow up on overdue customer payments.
• Record and reconcile customer receipts.
• Perform monthly accounts receivable reconciliation.
• Monitor credit limits and payment terms.
• Prepare AR reports and collection updates.
• Liaise with customers regarding billing and payment issues.
• Assist in month-end closing and audit requirements.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of AR transactions.
