Cepheid, a Danaher Diagnostics company, seeks a Sr. Manager, APAC Instrument Operations to lead the APAC Instruments Team in Penang, Malaysia. This on-site role drives project planning, manufacturing readiness, E&O management, and supply chain execution across the region.

You will build scalable operational processes, implement governance, and generate KPI-based executive reviews to track progress against cost, quality, and delivery targets while coordinating with global teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with extensive experience in manufacturing operations and related fields.
• Experience managing manufacturing or production lines with capacity planning and delivery execution.
• Proven ability to develop and sustain SOPs, work instructions, and operational controls.
• Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills in a regulated environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead resource allocation and project execution planning across APAC Instrument Operations.
• Develop and standardize processes, governance, and performance management systems.
• Present executive reviews using KPI dashboards and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure operational readiness and cross‑functional implementation across projects.
• Oversee pilot line manufacturing, cost modeling, and supplier/contract manufacturer coordination.
• Manage labor planning, equipment readiness, safety, and adherence to procedures.
