Job summary

Cepheid, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Malaysia to deliver installation, maintenance, repair, and technical training for Cepheid products. The role requires extensive travel, remote support capability, and strong hardware/software skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in medical devices or diagnostics.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, connectivity, IT concepts, and service management systems such as SFDC, SAP, or Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and customer support for Cepheid products.
• Communicate technical failures and resolutions to customers clearly and effectively.
• Travel extensively (up to 95%) and support cross-operating companies’ products.
