Job summary

Zebra Technologies in Penang, Malaysia, seeks an Accounts Payable Senior to manage invoices, payments, and related processes. You will resolve discrepancies, support month-end close, and liaise with Finance, Procurement, and vendors to ensure accurate, timely processing.

Qualifications

• Experience handling accounts payable including invoice processing and check requests.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
• Ability to interface with Finance, Procurement, and vendors to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform payment runs and month-end close journal entries as required.
• Manage general AP mailbox queries and prioritize urgent queries.
• Maintain audit documentation and support internal/external audits.
• Collaborate with AP Processing, Procurement, IT, and business users to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Train AP team members as needed.
