Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is recruiting on behalf of a large Southeast Asian industrial group for a Senior Finance Executive – Accounts Payable (Procure-to-Pay) based in Klang, Selangor. You will oversee high-volume AP processing, manage supplier relationships, and drive accuracy in payments.

The role focuses on improving P2P efficiency, ensuring SST/e-Invoicing compliance, and collaborating with procurement and IT to optimize ERP workflows. A strong Excel and ERP background is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in accounts payable / P2P within high-volume environments.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP and advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with Malaysian tax/e-Invoicing mandates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AP operations for high-volume invoices and payments.
• Manage vendor relations, reconciliations, and payment cycles.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital to optimize liquidity.
• Ensure AP processes comply with SST, e-Invoicing, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with procurement and IT to improve P2P automation.
• Prepare AP aging, accruals, and variance analyses for management reporting.
