Job summary

Dell Technologies Malaysia is hiring a Senior Analyst for the Global Production Planning Nerve Center – Backlog Management. You will liaise with the Americas, EMEA and APJC regions to address escalations, expedites, and risks, partnering with Production Control and ODM Production Planning to ensure correct priorities and maximize notebook shipments.

• 1+ year of relevant production management experience.

Responsibilities

• Expedite and manage customer escalations across supply chains with ODMs.
• Govern and drive lead-times with regions for PMO and execute playbooks to maximize IDC and end-of-quarter invoiced ships.
• Manage pre-production order flow for all supply chains; handle illegal orders, PO rejection, and re-assignments.
• Ensure process standardization across regions and maintain regular communications and formal reviews.
• Take steps toward career growth within a dynamic Dell team.

The Global Production Planning Nerve Center – Backlog Management (BM) Senior Analyst is responsible for liaison with the Americas, EMEA and APJC regions to ensure escalations, expedites and risks are addressed. The BM Senir Analyst will work closely with Production Control team and ODM Production Planning team to ensure the right priority is being followed to ensure customer expectations and maximize Client Notebook shipments.The BM Analyst will work in a team to support common goals and meet KPIs.

Expedite & manage customerescalations for all supply chains(Build-to-order, Retail, Channel& Build-to-Stock) with ODMs

Excellent communication & networking skills - English (Mandarin speaking preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients）.

Able to work on flexi hours when needed

Master’s degree in management courses or relevant courses
