Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a Senior Analyst in Malaysia to liaison with the Americas, EMEA and APJC regions, ensuring escalations, expedites and risks are addressed. You will analyze planning data, prepare schedules, review shortages, and build reports to improve decision-making.

The role requires leadership, production management experience, and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint. You’ll join a global team and support quarterly ship targets and inventory optimization.

Qualifications

• 1+ year relevant production management experience.
• Experience with Global Programs / Projects.
• IT literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); scripting knowledge is a plus.
• Master’s degree in management or related field.
• Goal oriented with strong leadership and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Expedite and manage escalations across regions with ODMs and coordinates with production planning.
• Govern lead-time, execute playbooks, and maximize shipments and inventory control for end-of-quarter.
• Manage pre-production order flow, handle illegal orders, PO rejections and re-assignments.
• Ensure process standardization and maintain regular cross-regional communications and reviews.
• Support KPI achievement and provide timely reporting and dashboards.

The Global Production Planning Nerve Center – Backlog Management (BM) Senior Analyst is responsible for liaison with the Americas, EMEA and APJC regions to ensure escalations, expedites and risks are addressed. The BM Senir Analyst will work closely with Production Control team and ODM Production Planning team to ensure the right priority is being followed to ensure customer expectations and maximize Client Notebook shipments.The BM Analyst will work in a team to support common goals and meet KPIs.

You will:

Expedite & manage customerescalations for all supply chains (Build-to-order, Retail, Channel& Build-to-Stock) with ODMs

Govern & drive right part lead-time with the regions forODMs and Execute playbooks to max outIDC and End-of-Quarter invoiced Ships and finished goods inventory control for quarter

Manage Pre-production Order Flow for all supplychains - Illegal Orders, PO rejected & Order Re-assignments

Ensure adherence and provide process standardization across regions and Regular communications & formal reviews
