Dell Technologies Malaysia is hiring a Senior Analyst for the Global Production Planning Nerve Center – Backlog Management. You will liaise with the Americas, EMEA and APJC regions to address escalations, expedites, and risks, partnering with Production Control and ODM Production Planning to ensure correct priorities and maximize notebook shipments.

1+ year of relevant production management experience.
Excellent communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

Expedite and manage customer escalations across supply chains with ODMs.
Govern and drive lead-times with regions for PMO and execute playbooks to maximize IDC and end-of-quarter invoiced ships.
Manage pre-production order flow for all supply chains; handle illegal orders, PO rejection, and re-assignments.
Ensure process standardization across regions and maintain regular communications and formal reviews.
