Job summary

Dell Technologies Malaysia is seeking a Senior Engineer in Product Operations Engineering to plan and execute builds, author configuration documents, and manage ECOs, ensuring alignment between production and test environments.

You will analyze failures, drive corrective actions, contribute to automation and documentation standards, and coordinate product builds for release into production while maintaining accurate evidence and timely communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience with ECOs, configuration baselines, and release procedures.
• Ability to analyze issues and implement corrective actions.
• Accuracy in documentation and evidence tracking.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (desirable).
• Exposure to statistical quality tools such as Pareto and control charts (desirable).

Job description

As a Senior Engineer in Product Operations Engineering, you will plan and execute builds, author configuration documents, and manage ECOs. You will analyze failures, drive corrective actions, and improve test readiness. You will contribute to automation and documentation standards. The team coordinates all the operational activities that enable products to be introduced and sustained successfully, ensuring consistency between production and test environments, and managing the migration of hardware, software and networking changes into the production environment in a stable and controlled way.
