Job summary

DHL Asia Pacific Shared Services Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Global Screening Centre. You will assist the Supervisor and Director with assessment and investigation of Denied Parties/Embargoes and valid match shipments/non-shipments to determine match validity.

The role may involve day or night shifts; you will review records, update systems, research violations, contribute to training, and help update import/export policies while ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of export controls laws and regulations including OFAC, UN and EU.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English and another regional language as required.

Responsibilities

• Review Denied Parties/Embargoes and export control valid matches against restricted lists.
• Vet documents in the network and escalate missing items or ambiguous matches.
• Update systems with results and actions taken.
• Research potential violations and collaborate with operations, customers and governments.
• Assist in developing and delivering training on compliance.
• Audit and update import/export compliance policies.
