Job summary

Mindteck, Inc. in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a Senior Engineer to design analog and mixed-signal hardware for measurement instruments.

You will contribute to power supplies, signal conditioning, ADC/DAC, IO interfaces, PLLs, and analog filters, collaborating with hardware, software, and mechanical teams to optimize performance and cost. You will apply LTSpice, PSpice, Saber, and related tools for simulation and verification, troubleshoot analog designs, and drive system integrations across HW/SW;

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience in analog/mixed-signal hardware.
• Strong knowledge of digital, analog and mixed-signal design and troubleshooting.
• Experience with hardware/software system integration tasks.
• Proficiency with LTSpice, PSpice and Saber for design simulation and verification.
• Good teamwork and communication skills in a multi-discipline environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and development of analog and mixed-signal hardware for instruments.
• Collaborate with HW, FPGA, SW, FW, and ME teams to optimize system designs.
• Perform design verification, component selection and evaluation.
• Develop hardware design documentation and promote reusable design practices.
• Support product roadmaps and align with project management and marketing.
