Job summary

mnosys sdn bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced analog/mixed-signal PCB design engineer to lead from concept to production for Benchmark Penang's contract manufacturing customers.

You will drive signal conditioning, power electronics, EMI/EMC compliance, DFMEA, DOE, and 8D root-cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across manufacturing and engineering to guide component selection and regulatory adherence. Relocation to Penang is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 5+ years of direct product design experience (PhD candidates with less experience considered).
• Expertise in signal conditioning, power electronics, schematic capture, and circuit simulation tools.
• Strong background in EMC compliance, safety standards, and structured problem-solving (Lean, DFMEA, 8D).
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; willingness to travel internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead analog and mixed-signal PCBA design from concept to full production for Benchmark Penang's contract manufacturing customers.
• Drive signal conditioning, sensor interfacing, filter/amplifier design, ADC/DAC integration, and power management.
• Conduct SPICE simulations, manage PCB layout guidelines, and utilize ECAD tools.
• Enforce DFx best practices, product lifecycle management, DFMEA/PFMEA, DOE, and 8D root-cause failure analysis.
