Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Customer Technology Advisor – AI Expert to serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, translating business challenges into transformative AI, data, and digital solutions.

You will partner with CIOs, CTOs, and senior leaders to identify opportunities and shape strategy across AI, data analytics, and cloud. You will lead workshops, design enterprise AI architectures, and guide solution design through implementation planning.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in AI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting environments.
• Proven ability to engage with executive stakeholders and influence strategic tech decisions.
• Experience designing and positioning enterprise technology solutions in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and senior stakeholders to define AI, data, and modernization strategies.
• Lead executive workshops to translate priorities into transformation roadmaps.
• Shape and design enterprise AI, Data & Analytics, and Generative AI solutions delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Advise clients on modern data architectures, AI adoption, governance, and emerging technology trends.
• Identify, qualify, and shape strategic AI and digital transformation opportunities across key customer accounts.
• Collaborate with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to develop solution strategies, proposals, and transformation pursuits.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction throughout the customer engagement lifecycle.
• Mentor and collaborate with architects, consultants, and technology specialists to drive innovation and customer success.
