Job summary

Bitdeer, a world-leading technology company for Bitcoin mining and AI cloud, seeks a Senior Network Architect in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. You will lead end-to-end network architecture for hyperscale GPU clusters, collaborating with cloud platform engineering to design underlay/overlay networks ensuring scalable, reliable data center connectivity.

The role requires 8+ years in network design, deep InfiniBand/RoCEv2 expertise, and hands-on experience with large-scale deployments.

Qualifications

8+ years of network architecture design and planning experience at a hyperscale internet company, top-tier cloud provider, or multinational backbone operator.
Deep understanding of InfiniBand and RoCEv2 architecture design.
Hands-on experience planning and deploying large-scale GPU cluster networks (10,000–100,000 GPUs) is a strong plus.
Solid command of data center routing and overlay technologies including BGP, OSPF, ECMP, VxLAN, and EVPN; SR-MPLS/SRv6 knowledge.

Responsibilities

Network Planning & Architecture: plan and design foundational resources and global backbone.
Lead end-to-end AIDC internal network architecture for GPU clusters and management networks.
Collaborate on Underlay/Overlay network design (SDN, VxLAN, EVPN).
Tune congestion control for hyperscale cluster networks (PFC, ECN, INT).
Produce architecture documentation (HLD/LLD), topology diagrams, standards, SOPs.
Identify risks and drive improvement roadmaps to completion.
